Our machines offer all the functionalities you need to produce professional finished lay-flat photobooks. The machines that you must have to do photobooks are: creaser, aligner and press. They guarantee a high quality and long lasting binding of all the pages of the photobook. We sell these machines separately or all assembled in a unique machine as the CONDOR PLUS.
CREASER MACHINE
It works with a pneumatic system. You need only an air compressor minimum of 5 liters (not included). It works at 8 bar/120 psi. It has not the regulatory of pressure and it is activated by foot pedal. There are no electrical parts. For this reason it does not require technical assistance. The creasing device allows precise creasing and the crease has a special “Ω“ shape.
The warranty is of three years. The machine is completely Made in Italy.
ALIGNER MACHINE
It works with a pneumatic system. You need only an air compressor minimum of 5 liters (not included). It works at 2 bar. It has the regulatory of pressure and it is activated by foot pedal. There are no electrical parts. For this reason it does not require technical assistance. With the aligner unit, the creased pages and mirror sheets are combined through the special cardboard glue sheets.
The warranty is of three years. The machine is completely Made in Italy.
PRESS
It works with a pneumatic system. You need only an air compressor minimum of 5 liters (not included). It works at 8 bar. It has the regulatory of pressure and it is activated by a lever. There are no electrical parts. For this reason it does not require technical assistance. After the step of the aligner, you have to fix the book block with the press unit for 20 minutes.
The warranty is of three years. The machine is completely Made in Italy.
